CSF Pickup Sites

You can now order for local pickup at a convenient location near you! Pickup orders have a reduced minimum and no delivery charge. Select "Pickup Site" at checkout and choose a location near you. Each pickup site will have an estimated drop-off window and an 8 pm cutoff time. We will send email updates with a drop-off ETA and a drop-off confirmation. We would like to thank our hosts who have graciously opened up space for the community. Let's make a positive change to the food system!

Ocean2Table CSF Pickup Site Policies

Porch Pickup LocationsWe have seven pickup locations: Santa Cruz Ocean2Table Warehouse, Santa Cruz (Felton), Santa Cruz (Soquel), Santa Cruz (Midtown), Southwest San Jose (Westgate Village), Palo Alto (Green Acres), and San Carlos. Six locations are graciously hosted by Ocean2Table community members at their homes. Each location is unique so we will provide specific pickup details in your order confirmation email. 

Your insulated cooler bag –  Do not take Ocean2Table CSF Coolers. Each pickup order will be individually packed in an Ocean2Table CSF Cooler and labeled with your name and order number. Please bring your personal cooler with ice packs with you to the pickup location to collect your fish from the O2T cooler and transport your fish home at the ideal temperature. We strongly recommend you place your seafood in a refrigerator (set to 32 degrees Fahrenheit) as soon as possible after picking up your share. 

Only take the package(s) from the CSF cooler with your name on it. All packages are labeled; if there isn’t one there for you, there is a reason why and we will do our best to connect you with your order. If you have someone pick up for you, please inform them of this policy.

Pickup Time – Each pickup location has an 8 pm cutoff time. It is against O2T policy to approach the host’s porch to pick up your order after this time. You’ll receive an email update when your order goes out for delivery with an estimated drop-off time. You’ll receive another email update once your order has been dropped off at the pickup location. We encourage you to pick up your order as close to the drop-off time as possible. 

Missing Your Pickup – If you miss your pickup, your order will be donated to an interested party. It is your responsibility to pick up your order, and if you don’t pick it up we cannot credit you. 

Holiday Changes – We will give you plenty of notice if we need to make any holiday date changes.

Customer Service – Do not disturb the hosts. Please contact Ocean2Table directly if you need customer service. Do not knock on the host’s door to ask any questions regarding your order.
